I didn’t make my 10k average…in fact I’m just barely better than I was in June by about 500 steps.

My knees just couldn’t take it. The pain was impossible. Had me limping…I had to give it some rest…it still hurts occasionally too…

I’m not proud of this performance but August is here and it’s another month to try…

Weight in

I’m at 200.8 today….from 209.9. I very happy and excited because I didn’t have to starve myself. I just walked.

46.8 pounds (about 23.4kg) to my goal weight! Lord help me.

Walking for weight loss

My hip joints don’t hurt anymore. I think they have finally gotten used to all this walking.

However my left foot hurts in the morning, first thing out of bed. I think it’s that Plantar fasciitis.

Plantar fasciitis is the most common injury of the plantar fascia and is the most common cause of heel pain. Approximately 10% of people have plantar fasciitis at some point during their lifetime. It is commonly associated with long periods of standing and is much more prevalent in individuals with excessive inward rolling of the foot, which is seen with flat feet. - Wikipedia

Another successful day!!

I’m back down to a size 12 dress size. I’m really happy about this. I’m looking forward to getting down to a 10.

My thighs are still huge but I’m happy…

This was about a month ago…I hope ice made some progress… I’ll do a progress picture at 180…gosh! I’m such a long way from 154…Lord help me please…

I’ve got 4 days to make up for not meeting my 10k target so I have to do about 10k steps to make sure I have an average of 10k daily this month…

Sunday was my cheat day so I had pancakes and cakes. I had alot of bad carbs to be sure but I’ve been clean since Monday. 

Hoping to be at 200 pounds by the end of this week. That would be really nice. I’m at 201.8 now.
